Welcome to PartnerOnRent. By browsing this website, placing a booking, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. About our service

PartnerOnRent is a companionship booking platform. We help adults arrange social companionship for events, dinners, travel company, hangouts, and similar outings. We are not a dating app, escort agency, or marriage bureau. Any illegal, abusive, or inappropriate request is strictly prohibited.

2. Eligibility (18+ only)

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or book any service.
• By continuing, you confirm that all details you provide are true and that you are legally competent to enter into this agreement.
• We may refuse or cancel a booking if age or identity information appears false.

3. Booking process

1. Choose an available companion profile and membership plan.
2. Submit your name, mobile number, and other requested details.
3. Complete payment through the UPI / payment instructions shown on the payment page.
4. Wait for manual payment verification. Booking is confirmed only after verification.

An Order ID is generated for tracking. Keep your Order ID and registered mobile number safe.

4. User responsibilities

• Treat companions and staff with respect at all times.
• Do not harass, threaten, stalk, or share private details of companions without consent.
• Do not use the platform for any unlawful activity under Indian law.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the mobile number and details used at checkout.

5. Payments

Prices shown are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected as displayed during checkout. Confirmation depends on successful verification of your payment. Failed, incomplete, or mismatched payments may delay or cancel the booking.

All payments are subject to our Refund Policy (non-refundable).

6. Cancellations by us

We may cancel or refuse a booking if payment cannot be verified, if details appear fraudulent, if the companion becomes unavailable, or if your request violates these terms. In such cases, our refund rules apply as stated in the Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

PartnerOnRent provides a booking facilitation service. We are not liable for personal disputes, travel delays, venue issues, or experiences outside our reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in dispute, subject to the Refund Policy.

8. Privacy of information

We use your contact details only to process bookings, verify payments, and communicate about your order. Do not share OTPs, UPI PINs, or bank passwords with anyone claiming to represent us.

9. Intellectual property

Website design, text, logos, and images are protected. See our Copyright page for details.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
