This Privacy Policy explains how PartnerOnRent collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and booking services.

1. Information we collect

  • Booking details: name, city (optional), and mobile number you submit at checkout.
  • Order data: selected companion, plan, amount, Order ID, and payment status.
  • Payment references: UPI transaction details you share for verification (we never ask for PIN/OTP).
  • Technical data: basic visit logs (browser, IP, pages viewed) for security and analytics.

2. How we use information

  • To create and track your booking
  • To verify payments and confirm orders
  • To contact you about booking status
  • To prevent fraud and misuse
  • To improve website performance and support

3. What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
  • We do not publish customer mobile numbers on public profile pages.
  • We do not ask for UPI PIN, banking password, or OTP.

4. Sharing

Your details may be shared only with internal staff needed to process the booking, or when required by law. Payment apps (GPay / PhonePe / Paytm / UPI) process payments under their own policies.

5. Data retention

Order and contact records are kept as long as needed for booking support, dispute handling, and legal compliance, then removed or anonymized where practical.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (HTTPS where enabled, access-controlled admin panel, CSRF protection). No method of transmission is 100% secure, so please use strong caution with payment screenshots.

7. Your choices

For corrections to booking contact details, or questions about stored order information, reach us via the Contact page with your Order ID.

8. Adults only

This service is intended only for users aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
